Our Programmes

Empowering young South Africans through structured development initiatives.

GenZ4Politics Fellowship

The GenZ4Politics Fellowship is our flagship leadership and democracy programme that equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to participate meaningfully in public life.

The fellowship develops ethical, informed, and community-oriented leaders through training in governance, constitutional democracy, public policy, leadership, advocacy, political participation, and community organising.

Young Women Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Programme

Our Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Programme empowers young women, particularly those living in township communities, with practical entrepreneurial skills, business knowledge, leadership training, financial literacy, and personal development.

The programme supports participants to develop sustainable businesses, improve their employability, and become economically independent while strengthening local economies.

Reading Coaches Programme

The Reading Coaches Programme addresses South Africa's literacy challenges by placing trained young people as reading coaches in primary schools. In partnership with ENKE! Make Your Mark, the programme improves reading outcomes for learners while creating meaningful paid work opportunities for unemployed youth.

Reading coaches receive practical workplace experience, mentorship, facilitation skills, and professional development that enhance their future employment prospects.
